We founded Samezuka Arts with one goal in mind: creating products that have love in every stitch. To do so, we’ve designed our policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to Samezuka Arts. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

We ensure all products are carefully stitched and quilted to the highest quality and greatest care. In order to make your experience feel more personal, we do not accept returns on custom orders. This is because custom orders can not be re-sold to someone else; specifically items with names or other personalized information.

We appreciate all of our customers who shop with us. If you have an issue, please be kind and respectful when contacting us. We do take pride in fixing issues and answering questions in a polite and calm manner.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Return & Refund Policy:
We accept returns and cancellations on all non custom order items.
-Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
-Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
-Request a cancellation within: 5 days of purchase
We do not accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Estimated shipping times
United States: 3-7 business days
*Custom orders: 2-5 weeks
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and whether or not an item is a custom order or premade. We do not ship internationally at this time.
